Psychosynthesis Group Coaching
Group coaching can have many benefits, depending on the context and environment. These include improved collaboration between team members and different departments. Often colleagues communicate differently and need different things from each other or neighbouring teams and this can be highlighted and focused on during coaching. Doing so allows for greater understanding, increasing both empathy and collaboration. Taking time to build trust with one another and share insights can also result in skill development, as experience and solutions are shared within the group.
Group coaching might be orientated towards a specific issue or outcome, or as a facilitated opportunity to learn more about each other, increasing empathy, support and accountability. It allows increased understanding and confidence in working together, encouraging resilience and a sense of purpose. It can also be used alongside 1:1 coaching with team members.
